This is the internal office meeting at Senior Savings Network from April 7, 2025. Scroll to the bottom, under Application, you should see the applications submitted through LAPro. Click the Plan Name (which should be blue), and the screen that opens up will tell you whether or not the AICOE is complete. AICOE status’ Enhanced AICOE Enrollment Status: Created not viewed, not completed & not submitted to the Carrier Enhanced AICOE Enrollment Status: Partial viewed by the client, not completed & not submitted to the Carrier Enhanced AICOE Enrollment Status: Complete Completed and submitted to the Carrier Radius updates need to be completed before having planned time off from work. BCBS of SC GI Block How is it going? 7-10 days after the enrollment spreadsheet is sent to BCBS of SC is when we should be expecting them to show in the portal and NB to send approval notification Approximately 2 weeks after processing, the policy docs will be sent to the client. They will draft on the 3rd or 15th, depending on whether you are effective on the 1st or the 15th and upon the effective date. UHC rate increases Vermont 18% for June 1 ALL plans (no clients) NC - Plan G & N are 11.5% for June 1 FL - Plan G & N are 11% for June 1 LA - Plan G is 14% and Plan N is 10% (One client for 2026) Disaster SEPs - for those in the affected area or if they do not live in the impacted area, but rely on someone to help with healthcare decisions who lives in the impacted area.
