Info entered onto the client sheet needs to be as accurate as possible Policy number needs to be included. Name should match Radius so we know we are adding information to the right file. If their Radius is under a nickname, we should be updating to their legal name with the nickname in parenthesis once we know their legal name. Make sure we aren’t slacking off on the radius updates for sales conversations. These our our best practices Part D notes Enrolled in Part B (yes or no) Make sure apps are saved to dropbox AND radius. Spouses should be in the same folder in dropbox. Other Product notes (Cancer, DVH, etc) REMINDER: notes need to make sense to the people reading them- not to you as you write them. “Signing up for Part B over the weekend”---- no idea when over the weekend is “I’ll be helping her sign up for Part D later this week”--- again no context as to when “this week” is Admin - please remember to add the New Lead - August 2021 tag to all new leads. (Even if they are Unqualified or “Early Birds”) Admin - make sure we are deleting VMs from the sheet once scheduled and that we are checking the calendar to make sure they aren’t already scheduled before calling (for email leads or leads we sent the booking link to) Christopher Melanie - Cancer Plan presentations - details on cancer saved the day! New Client calls in days after picking a plan, telling us they want to do a different plan. This is known as: BUYER’S REMORSE Two main reasons we could be seeing this: We drug them into something they really didn’t want and/or We left some level of ambiguity that still had them concerned and it festered until they changed their mind. Will be sending emails, text, etc. Gabby in our office said (day after this meeting): “Btw I was speaking with a lead yesterday who was set on a Plan G even though he only goes to the doctor twice a year. Used what Chris said in the meeting yesterday ... "Are you planning to be on Medicare for the rest of your life?". It sealed the deal right there and helped show the bigger picture to him and is now moving forward with the Plan N 👍”
