Central States Indemnity (CSI) and CSI Life continue their excellence in the field of Medicare Supplements and we are pleased to announce some improvements made to the E-app. To better serve you and your clients, we encourage you to take a look at the adjustments made that will not only make the E-app process easier for you but also for your clients. New Features Include: Quote tool and "Start Application" in one easy click Same day Voice Signature available for quicker processing and same day effective dates (4pm EST cutoff) Email sent to client for voice signature option will now include Authorization number in the body of the email. The email also includes a time slot to remind your client when CSI / CSI Life will call. Agent will be sent a sample email in the same format that the applicant will receive so you can guide your client through the email. As always, for clients you see in your office, you can use the E-app and select the “Agent will print” option so your clients don’t need a computer or access to email. Theirapplication is complete by the time they leave your office. There are even more E-app upgrades in development as we are always striving to provide you the agent with the most competitive and user friendly e-app. We feel the NEW improvements made to the CSI and CSI Life Medicare E-app will help make the processing much quicker and easier for you and the client.
