Birthday/Anniversary Rule Changes: Illinois: Effective 1/1/22- BD Rule (OE), Ages 65 to 75 only, only within the same company/entity. (limited) Nevada: Effective 1/1/22 - BD Rule Same company replacement allowed/ Any company works Mutual will treat as OE, Aetna will treat as GI.
