Exclusive Leads – For Members Only

Sorry - closed for the remainder of the AEP season. The call center is overwhelmed and cannot get the leads back within 30 days right now. This forces us to shut it down, as that is too far out of control. We have tested and tapped into a proven lead source where these leads are proving consistent returns. We are now making them available exclusively to our members. Here is the update as of July 1, 2020: See Melanie's Call Here Here are the specifics: The pre-screened leads (for $15) are asked 3 health questions (heart attack, stroke, cancer in the past 2 years) and have verified that they pay more than $100 per month currently for their Medicare plan. Leads are exclusive to one agent. Leads are state-wide, not in one city or one county. You can request multiple counties by typing them into the state field, though. They are generated by an in-house call center in the Philipines, not outsourced. The age range is 67 to 79 years old. The selected income criteria is $30,000 per year and up. If they indicate they are on an employer plan only, they are disqualified and not included. Their current Medicare Supplement provider, if any, is noted on the lead. One of the biggest reasons we have not generated leads for members over the years is that the lead business, in insurance, is inherently fraught with frustration due to some agents thinking that a lead is a SOLD case. It is not a guarantee of a sold case. It will always be in your best interest to generate your own leads, however, many agents need help getting started or a source of consistent leads, and that is why we are starting this program for members only. A lead is a person that meets the buying demographic criteria and has expressed an interest in your product. The leads from this program have been tested thoroughly are consistently generating closes in the 10% to 15% range. Offering this program to our members is at our cost. This is NOT a profit center for us. The leads are not "lay down" sales. They often require follow-up. Those that want to buy may not be able to do, based on underwriting criteria with the companies you represent. These leads are not screened according to their health. Many agents will order from various lead sources only to then dispute that charge on their credit card. I can assure you that if that is your intention, the charge will be vigorously defended legally as we are pre-paying for these leads from the call center, at cost, and there are specifically no refunds once the team has begun their work on pulling data and calling. Again, leads are not a guaranteed sale. Even if the lead cannot ultimately qualify for a Medicare Supplement, they may still qualify for another type of coverage (life insurance, cancer plan, dental+vision+hearing, etc.).
