We should not send clients to third-party resources unless Chris has reviewed & approved it. Our reputation is linked to an experience out of our control when we provide resources/give referrals. We want to know that they will be in good hands before sending them off to contact someone else. If it’s not linked in the Library, it’s probably not approved. Please let me know if something is missing from the Library. Part D over 65- let them know they will get the prior coverage verification & will need to fill it out. Lead Follow up How many feel they did a good job following up with leads last week? How many had full calendars every day last week? What is holding us back from lead follow-up? In one of our recent meetings, we discussed what is holding us back from lead follow-up. The group unanimously agreed it was our full calendars- makes sense! Last week, we had multiple days with free time on our calendars. When I spot-check recent leads for follow-up, I’m seeing none. It is up to you to prioritize your lead follow-up. It’s a mindset, and no one can change that for you. Punctuality Routinely have people showing up late to work and running behind for appointments. This is disrespectful to peers and clients and needs to change.
