Part B MOOP in Congress, and internal process improvements. See meeting notes under the video: Hannah \t \tSelf-Booked MAPD Appts outside of AEP - reduce to 30-minutes for the agent to pitch Cancer/HI \tAll underwritten appointments now have a question in the form asking what their current coverage is so we can identify these more easily. \tWe should not send clients to third-party resources unless Chris has reviewed & approved it. \tOur reputation is linked to an experience out of our control when we provide resources/give referrals. We want to know that they will be in good hands before sending them off to contact someone else. \tIf it’s not linked in the Library, it’s probably not approved. Please let me know if something is missing from the Library. \tPart D over 65- let them know they will get the prior coverage verification & will need to fill it out. \tLead Follow up \t \t \tHow many feel they did a good job following up with leads last week? \tHow many had full calendars every day last week? \tWhat is holding us back from lead follow-up? \tIn one of our recent meetings, we discussed what is holding us back from lead follow-up. The group unanimously agreed it was our full calendars- makes sense! Last week, we had multiple days with free time on our calendars. When I spot-check recent leads for follow-up, I’m seeing none. \tIt is up to you to prioritize your lead follow-up. It’s a mindset, and no one can change that for you. \tPunctuality \t \tRoutinely have people showing up late to work and running behind for appointments. \tThis is disrespectful to peers and clients and needs to change.
