Please give it all you’ve got! All hands on deck for the CCVM today. Out of PDP appts. Need to make sure we are tracking all of these regularly. People will be upset that all our appts are full. People will be scared and irritable with the end of AEP and holiday stress. Don’t carry these conversations with you. Let them go and share positivity with each other. Remember that sharing your negative experience with others burdens them with that negativity as well. Move on to the next call that will be better. Chris Reminder about OEP for those who want off of MAPD - can still do it. No time left now for Underwritten cases prior to 12/7, when they would need a Part D plan to cancel out their MAPD for 1/1/21 - still time January 1 to March 31. Triage stage - all T65’s get on calendar AND please remind them that, even though it is weeks out - it’s OK. (Several still think 12/7 is their deadline and it’s not.) Try not to get bogged down this week on complicated cases. Anything that can be pushed to next week - make a list and push it.
