Susan is said to be the top producing agent of Medicare Supplements in the entire State of California. She was one of the presenters at the 2015 Nat'l Medicare Supplement Sales Summit in Orlando, Florida and Chris spent some time with her there. Susan mentions the ability, in California only, to get a guaranteed issue Medicare Supplement (in addition to their birthday G.I. rule) when a Medicare Advantage plan changes their benefit where it adversely affects the client.
