What it Takes in This Business

There are two quick clips I would like you to see today, down below. Background: Yesterday I was called by Mutual of Omaha and asked to take over an orphaned client where the agent had quit the business last year. This client was calling in to Mutual of Omaha upset over his newest rate increase on their Plan N (no kidding). The agent, he had found, had left the business. This agent had placed around a dozen policies with various Medicare Supplement companies, and then went off to the next business venture and did not stick it out. That is the only way you can lose here, is if you quit. ALL THE TIME, we are replacing policies in hear where we hear the same song from the clients over and over again. 1) They never hear from their original agent - haven't heard from him since they signed up. Shameful when are tools like Send Out Cards to do this for you. OR 2) They know that their agent is not longer in the business so they don't have an agent. They're orphans because someone did not stick around long enough to build up clients! Well, "thank you" to those agents who have paved the way for those of us who will not quit. I will not ever quit. I will not give up. I will not abandon my clients, and I will not settle for just getting by. Please watch this short video clip: Then watch this.
