Speaking of Chats - we have slacked off on everyone typing a response in the chats. When we see everyone type in a comment, we know they have received important information. If we do not see a confirmation, we can only assume you have missed something and will come to hunt you down to ensure you are alive and well. Please don’t make us hunt you down. Voicemail Sheets- as you are working the VM sheet, creating Radius accounts, and making contact attempts, don’t forget: Assign the appropriate color & clean up the cell, so it’s easy to read and identify the situation. As we get busier, we will need to triage, and the color coding helps us do that faster. If you create a Radius, you should also call, text, and/or email. Check the calendar for email leads to see if they have already booked an appointment. Check for duplicates on the sheet. Some people will leave multiple messages (especially as we get busier and can’t return calls as promptly) or will leave a message and fill out an online form. Scheduling Appointments Please refer to the SSN Carrier Underwriting Cheats document Kendall created with health questions and declinable drugs before scheduling to make sure we have the best fit for that client Agents- make sure you are saving apps and updating Radius accounts the same day you write the app. A delay at the beginning of the process holds back everything on the admin side.
