If you schedule one of those appointments, make sure to let them know there is a “step 2” where they need to submit that Should be creating an LA Pro account when the appointment is scheduled. Radius notes- make sure we are putting notes about all our conversations. Shouldn’t be seeing appointments scheduled without notes from the conversation. Copy and paste the calendar event in there does not take the place of our notes. Answer the phone! Still see calls go to VM when plenty of people are off the phone. I should not be having to do that. All the color assignments, formatting, etc should be taken care of by the first person to work that line.
