Start mentally preparing for the switch to a “triage” mindset that will be necessary. Not all AEP prep is “task” related. Let’s do what we must to get ourselves in a good headspace and avoid burnout. Talk to MK to schedule some time off prior to 10/15 if needed. Take your scheduled breaks. Make sure you are eating well, hydrating, and stepping outside at least once during the day to see the sun. Spread positivity and encouragement to each other. Mikayla WELCOME, Gabrielle, Emily, and Mikell! New SOA Process Admins will collect verbal SOA when scheduling the appointment. Self Booked Appts Send Electronic SOA the day the appt is booked or ASAP and send a text to notify them it’s in their inbox. If the E-SOA is not signed same-day, call and collect a verbal SOA. All SOA’s must be collected at least 48 hrs before the scheduled appointment UNLESS the lead is a “walking-in.” For our purposes, a walk-in would be a lead that called in, and an agent can take in the fly - no appt necessary. (very uncommon during AEP) Include how incomplete vs complete SOAs will be indicated on the calendar.
