AEP Preparations and a couple carrier updates... Consequently, we have ceased contracting entirely for Lasso, although promotion and offers for the Zing portion are continuing. Melanie, Kendall, Mikayla(already did) In addition, Clear Spring has permanently stopped contracting new agents, and they've halted the submission of new applications with a 2024 date and onwards for the PDP only. Despite these changes, agents can still manage their existing book of business and will be able to certify once the PDP certification window opens. Mikayla Radius Tags: The only radius tag everyone should use is the New Lead with the month tags. Jennie is responsible for adding all other tags. All the other tags have automation that sends emails, texts, and voicemails to the clients as soon as they are selected on their radius accounts. We need to ensure those are not sent to the wrong people. UHC Info: No Application fee You are required to have an AARP Membership for the first year. Verify we have the Client/Lead’s First Name, Last Name, DOB, ZIP, and County. Click + Next to “Data Self-Service.” Choose template: “PDP Retention - Rx Updates - Initial” The client will click the link in the email and log in using the ZIP and DOB we have in LA Pro, this is why it’s important to make sure this information is accurate. The client will verify personal information on the first page; update (add or take away) prescriptions on the second page, update (add or take away) pharmacy on the third page, update (add or take away) providers on the fourth page (if they do not want to provide these, this is okay as long as it’s a PDP-only appt). On the final page, it will have them review everything that has been input. Once the client submits this form, we can click the “Data Self-Service” to see that it is completed. Hannah G / for Gabby Part B Drugs vs Part D Drugs: Part B generally covers medical care, while Part D covers prescription drugs. However, there are occasions when Part B is used for certain types of prescriptions and pharmacy-related items. Drugs Covered Under Part B: Injections for osteoporosis Some transplant medications Immunosuppressants End-stage renal disease (ESRD) medications Flu, Pneumonia, Tdap, Hepatitis B & COVID-19 shots Calendar Checks - We need to speed this process up and get us on track for where we will need to be for AEP and new 48 hr rule. Task is too time-consuming and takes away from more urgent matters of Calendar Checks. T65/OE - Confirm lead is within OE timeframe and ensure appt is scheduled with the appropriate agent. FU - Ensure prescreening allows the lead to make a change to coverage. MAPD/PDP - Verify LAPro account is made/assigned to appropriate agent. Ensure Drug List Update is completed. Acceptable reasons to not answer the phone: you’re on the phone, you’re on a Chat; you’re on a break. It should never be that you were fixing notes from a previous call. Let’s get this addressed in the meeting prior so we can address it with the admin during the meeting. Admin Monthly Running Call Totals - weekly/monthly prizes such as choosing their Assigned Admin Task for the following week or handing of their Carrier Notices to a different admin that week.
